Richenbackers Bistro and Restaurant

Josh's work was doing an awards dinner at this amazing restaurant. It's called Rickenbacker's Bistro and Restaurant. I was able to go with Josh. It was so much fun. I ended up sitting by his plant manager, and him and his wife are really nice. They were praising Josh, talking about England, and asking about Timothy and I. Josh had the Fillet Mignon and I had the Honey and Bourbon Glazed Breast of Chicken. And for dessert, we had Vanilla Bean Creme Brule. That was the best dinner I have ever had. Especially since it was free!!! (Normally a plate would cost about $40-60) I have to thank Kara for watching Timothy or else I wouldn't have been able to share this fun night with Josh. THANKS KARA!!!!

Kangaroo Zoo

It has been the family tradition that the boys go to priesthood at the Conference Center and the girls have a night out. This year we went to the Kangaroo Zoo. It was so much fun. It's really only suppose to be for the kids, but all of the adults went down the slides with the kids. We only had two injuries: Sara got her had caught on one of the slides and Emily decided to hang on one of the teeth of the animals and fell on her back. All was better in no time. We got grandma Oakes to go down with the girls while grandma Holmes became the purse notzi. Alisa went down the slides with all of the kids, while Shurelle went down with Summer, Joshua, and future baby. =-) I sure wish I could look as good as she does while pregers. We ended the night by eating ice cream at Alisa's house, then going to bed or driving home. It was an Awesome night. A must do again.

Rain

It sure is raining cats and dogs right now. Don't you just love the sound and smell of the rain?! I sure do. I would have to say that it is my favorite smell in the world!!!

The Host

I am enjoying reading this so far. It is a little hard to read when Timothy is terrorising the house. I hope that I can finish it soon.

Growing Up

Here is a cute picture of our little monkey. He is such an active little man. It is hard to say "Time has sure gone by.", "He is so grown up.", "We don't have a baby any more." I sure miss my little baby, but I love to see him discover new things and grow into his own little person

So I think that I have figured some of this out. Who knows. I should prob. go to bed since it is now midnight and I am sure that Timothy is going to be up at 6 AM. Yuck.

Still working on making this an awesome blog. My friend Kara is helping me (the computer dummy) figure things out.
